Wills Order Process

Step 01
Order Placement

Complete the online order form, including details of the executors and the select storage duration (lifetime or annual)

Step 02
Check Out

Using our secure online payment system.

Step 03
Send

Send your will and copy of the order confirmation to us via signed for delivery (Royal Mail)

Step 04
Confirmation

We will scan (if that option is selected), store your will and send you an email confirmation.

Will Retrievals for Updates and Amendments

We recognise how important it is to review and update your will as circumstances change. To make this process as easy as possible you can update your will with us in the following way:

  • You can request your will back, or you can send in a revised will which we will store with the previous will. In order to do this you need to go through the order process again.
  • If you wish to request your will back we will need a letter formally requesting to retrieve your will with photo ID and proof of address.
  • If you are the named executor/lawyer on the will, and you wish to retrieve the will on the persons passing you will need to follow these steps: Firstly, obtain a Death Certificate, and provide proof of your identity and address, these documents will then need to be sent securely to us. Upon receipt of them we can release a copy of the will to you.
